Based in Bismarck, North Dakota, Hoffman Creations has been providing original music compositions, graphic design, desktop publishing, content creation, and website administration services since 1998.

In addition to client-provided services, Hoffman Creations owns a network of websites and YouTube channels it publishes content to: BisManCafe (Since 2007), Strekonline (Since 1998), and Company Tales (since 2022). Hoffman Creations has published two books associated with its website BisManCafe.
